BREXIT - Shipping to EU Countries

Shipments from the U.K to the E.U may be subject to customs or local tax payments and/or courier surcharges upon delivery to the detsination country. We are unable to advise the cost of any surcharges as they vary by region. All charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and WestieGifts.com will not refund any charges levied in the delivery country. You are advised to contact your local tax website for more information prior to placing an order.

Free Standard UK Delivery on all orders over £50

If you spend over £50 (excluding tax and delivery charges) then we will deliver it FREE in the UK.

As a Feefo Gold Service Award winners, service is important to us. We aim to dispatch your purchases and gifts as quickly as we can. We have a number of options for delivery for you to choose from, so if you need your items quickly there is hopefully an option that will suit you.

Dispatch Times - How long does it take for us to send your order?

We normally dispatch orders received before 1pm (Uk Time) on the same day (Mon-Fri)

We do not dispatch on weekends except on Saturday's in December

Personalised Gifts can take a little longer as we personalise your items just for you. They are normally dispatched in 1-5 working days (Mon-Fri) from order receipt. Some may take longer please read the product description for full details where we detail if particular personalised Westie Gifts will take longer to dispatch due to their made-to-order status.

At peak times dispatch can take longer 

Dispatch times are intended as a guide and are not guaranteed, frequently items are dispatched in shorter times and on occasion some items, personalised items or large orders may take a little longer. Busy trading times such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentines etc may also lead to longer than normal dispatch times.

Please allow for delivery time (the time it takes for delivery to you) in addition to dispatch time (the time it takes us to prepare your items ) when ordering your items.

Please remember that our Royal Mail delivery times are estimates only. Sometimes, especially during busy times of the year, Royal Mail First Class delivery can take up to 3 working days, and Royal Mail Standard delivery can take up to 5 working days. Neither Standard delivery or Fist Class Delivery estimated times are guaranteed.

Our Delivery Methods and Prices Explained.

We've been shipping our fabulous range of Westie Merchandise to our many happy customers for many years now.

We are a small family business and we've tried pretty much every type of delivery option open to us. We've learnt the hard way that some of the cheapest options are not as reliable as we'd like.

We want to deliver a reliable seamless delivery to all of our customers wherever they are. The options that we offer are tried and tested and offer the best price and service open to us as a small business.

We do not make a profit on delivery. We charge what it costs us, this includes the cost of the delivery and the packaging etc.

I want my order delivered to another address

You can choose a different delivery address when you go through the checkout. This is helpful should you need your order delivering to a work place or for your purchase to go direct to someone as a gift. Please note: unless asked otherwise the invoice will be sent with the purchase. 



I need my order by a specific date

If you need a purchase by a specific date to avoid disappointment we strongly recommend our Special Next Day (Mon-Fri) Delivery Service or our Next Day Saturday Service. If you are an international customer then please contact us info@bellgiftgroup.com to discuss your required delivery date and the available options to facilitate this.

Personalised Products & Gifts Delivery

If you order personalised products or gifts they may take a little longer to dispatch because we have to prepare them just for you. If you order non-personalised items on occasion they may be dispatched separately from your personalised gifts. Please read the product descriptions to see specific dispatch time for our persoanlised Westie Gifts.

Our Next Day service and Guaranteed Saturday delivery service may not be available on all of our personalised products. If you're not sure then you can always contact us info@bellgiftgroup.com for more details.

 

I’ve not received my order

Please refer to the Delivery Times section on this page to check the estimated delivery time guidelines. Please note that deliveries to some locations may take longer and all deliveries may take longer than usual at busy times of year.
